4inch jack outputs on the sound card, but I decided to have them outputs going to my mixer instead so I could use headphones as well. That is when the problem started as I could not get any signal into the mixer, and when I plugged the speakers back into the sound card only to find that there too was no signal. Could it be a problem with patchmix, or is it a hardware issue? Thank you for your time. Jimmy
Are you using a PC? If so check to make sure you have no "conflicts" going on in your system. Default the patch mix, the re assign the default audio devices in your system settings and try again with the patch mix and monitors. Unplugging normal jacks/xlrs should not cause this to happen. Just a fluke it happened at the same time. I would check for any software/firmware updates too
