More info would be nice. did you check the oil ? may be too much oil in motor ,(may be gas in base) change oil if needed. remove plug or plugs,ground them, try starter now. (if there is gas in base, your float may be full of gas,"sinking",replace float", ) if motor still dosn`t turn, try removeing all drive belts,and try again.
