50 degrees within a second of me releasing the temp select button. Freezer works fine. I have cleaned the Condenser and no change. Service light not illuminated
Refrigerators - Sub-Zero - 650 / O Bottom Freezer Refrigerator
I had a similar problem. The problem was attributed to a faulty FAN switch,That fixed the problem. The light switch and the Fan switch are different.FAN switch is normally closed while the Light switch is normally open.
Hi, Check for frost building on the back wall in the freezer. If this is happening, the unit is not defrosting and this frost will block the air flow to the refrigerator section. The air flow from the freezer is what cools the refrigerator and without it, the refrigerator section will get warm. A technician will be required to make these checks.
I believe it's showing the actual temperature that it's currently inside the refrigerator, not the temperature it's set at. At least that's how my sub zero works. You may need to clean the coils to get it to cool better.

Hope this helps.
