51-30 black face. brand new from store and watch wont run. do i need a battery or is the watch supposed to be wound? what is the smaller lower dial for?
Bring it back to the store where you had purchsed it. and ask for the warranty of the battery of the watch. the sub dial is for tide tracker whether it is low or high.
