I turn the key on my Farmall 560, I see the D/C meter move a little, then when I push the start button, the meter pegs at C and I hear nothing. (The start does not even spin). I checked voltage at the battery I see about 12.4. Positve terminal on this connects direct to the starter, so I have voltage there as well.
