If its all wet, dry it out with a fan and then start your search, if it's under a pump, it is a shaft seal, a fairly cheap fix, i charge 20 to do it and I do some preventive measures to the pump so it can be serviced in the future without damage (smart). but it also might be a loose jet nut, they can be tricky to get at, but if carefully done can be tightened with a dull screwdriver and a hammer tapping on the edge of the nut.
