That is a dual capacitor - 2 capacitors in a single casing. Replace it with 2 separate capacitors , which you can buy here

Just make sure to match the voltage rating and the polarity correctly.
The cables can be replace with every ones you can get your hands on - just make sure the thickness of the actual metal cable is as large as the cable you are replacing.
