61md10 front panel controls lit uo, but the TV does not respond
Same problem as this one previously posted: After a power outage, my InFocus Screenplay 61md10 HDTV had a dark screen and was unresponsive to remote commands or the control buttons on the front of the display. The blue lights on the control buttons on the front of the display come on, but is otherwise unresponsive. Tried removing plug and powering up again, but the same symptoms re-occurred.
The answer was to access the service menu and reset the TV.
Can anyone help with how to access the service menu on this model to reset the TV?

With a non responsive remote that would be inpossiable you need to replace the control board inside around $100 bucks then you can have a good tv again but to get to the service menu your controll has to be working.

As a genral rule yes if you replace the control interface that will fix the frount panel and remote infered unit as well. the service menu codes for this set is only for a qualified service engineer as you can seriouly put this thing further into a repair stack and cost you more money to fix so I cannot devoldge. But you can factory reset from the menu your unplug the unit. replace the control unit you be glad you did! Please rate/review thanks
