In my opinion you have a firmware problem. It might be corrupted during the previous upgrade. You need to have the EPROM be re-flashed from the manufacturer, so as the new firmware will load normally. I think this is the only way you can resolve this.
U havbe to reset your switch .
check on switch u find 1 reset button .
or access your switch with its ip addreses u can reset it.
