Report "7-25-11. Purchased Reliance 909 model 950 GKRT 200 natural gas hot water heater. 7-31-11, installed said hot water heater according to instructions and code, filled with cold water and checked for gas and water leaks. Igniter sparks when disconnected but no spark visable through viewing window and pilot will not light. No gas smell, so I don't know if the natural gas is getting through the regulator or if the wire from the ignator to the pilot is bad. Any suggestions?l"
