7 without problem, when I turn them all on it gives the error code after about 24 house, any idea on why this is?
Just had a tech check it out and check charge about 2 weeks ago. I can turn the breaker off and let it sit for 30 min and it will reset and work for another day of so. It will work fine as long as I don't turn every air handler on.

Most likely the utility transformer was inadequately sized. call the utility company, they might have to upgrade (resize) the transformer to serve the demand of the housing complex.
wow, transformer is huge (300a+ @ 240v), & loaded only at < 1/3 of its capacity, my bad, sorry about that, but i was able to dig more info. hvac unit is rated 208-230v. i trust that you measured 220v (+/- 5%) at each hvac. i shouldn't had look away from the error code E3 (low pressure) though tech just recently serviced the unit/s. suspect the 'pressure switch' has intermittent problem, if the refrigerant pressure is still good, if not there could be leak/s due to the fittings may not have been properly torqued. suggest you call the tech.
