Do any lights come on ... on the motherboard itself... some have lights some don't. i would suggest it is a hardware failure.... if you have onboard video remove the video card and attempt to boot.... .. unhooking devices will help you to narrow down what the issue is... also shut off the power and unplug it.... feel the capictors on the motherboard with your fingers... do any feel rounded at the top ?
replace the power supply. i do have one additional question. there is also a four pin square connector on the motherboard that requires the same four pin connection from the power supply to be plugged in.
is that plugged in. if your power supply does not have that connector it is not the correct power supply for the motherboard you are using.

go here for the motherboard manual as well as drivers. in particular check to see that the jumper to reset the bios is in the correct position for operation.
