My always reliable 8600 scanner refuses to power up. It won't come on at all. Far as I know, it hadn't been moved, just one day it quit working. Could this be a power cord issue? I tried plugging it into different outlets and it still won't come on. I'm running Windows XP and haven't had any issues with it previously.
