875 from Duty Free Shop for my wife in 2008. The watch has stopped functioning. Took it to Omega repair agency. They informs some parts got damaged and need replacement, I dont have any trace of the papers. Omega is such a reputed brand and how can a watch go bad so early in spite of such careful handling? do I have any option of getting it repaired?
