Report "89 dodge dakota with a 3.9L. Isnt getting fuel. Runs if gas is put into carb. When I turn key on cant hear fuel pump kick in. Wondering if its a fuel relay or anything else but a bad fuel pump? If it could be something other than the pump where is it located? Thank-you!"
