'89 MI16 with AC fans on high and fast idle
Hello,
My fans are coming on soon after a cold start and won't turn off. The idle is about 2,000rpm and I believe this is related to the fan problem. All sensors are new and fan relays are about 1 year old. I read that a corroded wire in the loom near the center relay could be at fault. Has anyone ever had a similar problem?

Hi yes coolant temperature sensor is malfunctioning replace it and it will stop the fans
apparently its telling the ecu its too hot so it switches the ac fans on for some reason
