We have a Lynx L3x that has been sitting up for awhile. The batteries are dead and won't hold a charge long, however, when you do turn the key, the horn will beep but it won't start. The green light blinks 9 times. If we replace the batteries will that take care of the problem? or is it something internal. I can't afford to take it to a repair dealer.Thanks
