'90 Acura Integra Alternator problem
Hi i'm helping my buddy fix his g/f's 90 acura integra and i can't seem to figure out how to get the alternator out. There's a small gap under the oil-filter, above the oil-pan, but it seems the axel is in the way. I tried taking the axel out of the car but the bolt that holds the axel in-place wont even budge. I made sure that the lock was open that would allow the nut to spin freely. I'm thinking that it's completly rusted on there, but is there any other way, apart from taking the F.I's out or the Brake-fluid housing out?

I've searched other websites and people promoted the idea of taking the alternator apart inside the body and pulling it out piece by piece, but I need to replace it and would rather not take a brand new alternator apart and put it in piece by piece.

If anyone has any answers, please help.

Thanks in advance.
