90% of the time my bluray player will fail to open the disk drawer... it sticks. Also, about 75% of the time when i insert a new disk the bluray player makes a continuous buzzing sound and takes about 5 min to load a movie. I keep this player in excellent condition and i've never dropped it, anything on it, or knocked it against anything

Hi there,
Well many cd/dvd/bluray tray problem are caused by the small black rubber 'drive belt'. It is small and will fit around 2 fingers.
It expands with wear and becomes loose and often only partly grips the drive motor spindle which opens & shuts the tray
They are cheap to buy at electronic or PC shops.and can be replaced at home if you are careful and a bit mechanically inclined.
If you or someone you know is handy with tools you/they should be able to locate the problem area.
