9000kw winco generator
Generator has 16hp b/s with idle slynoed it supposed to idle down with no load. seems to be a problem with the generator that makes kick up and down under load

Varying load causes varying operation...= normal
i.e: generator reacts via voltage regulator to compensate amp draw.
