Just bought this car about a mo ago. alot of times there is no prob. with the breaks, stoppes great. but Off and on it starts to lock up and makes the car go sluggish. then the other day, it locked up where it wouldn't move as if the emergeny break was on. waited a while then went back and got it, worked fine. break light is still on? any ideas to narrow down why it would do this?? thanks.
