93 ford ranger trobil
I was in a wreck in dec and my truck shut off and would not start anymore. i replaced the fuel pump, the shutoff swith, and just put a diffrent engine control mod now if i play with the icnition i can get the pump to turn on but when i turn the switch on the pump wont turn on unless i mes with it and also i dont think the motor is gitting fire now.

Check all the fusible links at the solenoid switch,see if they will pull apart like taffy,if they do,they are burned into,was the battery destroyed in the wreck?If it was,then there might be a fusible link burned into.What engine does it have,and is it distribuless ignition?
Check where the positive cable goes,from the battery,it should go to a junction,where the fusible links are,
look on the battery cable from battery to the solenoid,
