94 eagle talon constant idle problem 1500-3000
I have a 94 eagle talon that idles constantly from 1500-3000 rpms. It only does it when not driving or in neutral. while driving it does not do it. the guy before me put a re-built engine in it. we have changed the ecu twice. please help.

The idle speed motor is bad had this problem went to junk yark and got a different idle speed motor took it apart and used the parts in mine worked good.
Drive it off a cliff!
