95 lexus ls 400 one of the injection was leaking.took it to the shop for them to fix.they install the one that was leaking.the car never started up again
I think you are saying the repair shop fixed the leaky injector and refitted it to the engine but the engine refused to start after that?
That would mean the repair shop has a dead car cluttering up their workshop which would be rather inconvenient. If the car drove in you have every right to expect to drive it out again and they should fix the problem they probably caused (free of charge).
There are a number of faults that can be introduced by being careless with such a repair but a likely scenario is they managed to create an internal short circuit in the injector. That sort of fault could damage the engine management ECU.
If you asked them to repair the fuel leak from the injector and they agreed, then you have a contract with them for only that work and they will be responsible for any additional work required. Those are my thoughts based on the information given.
