95 Talon runs rich; currently won't start
When I first bought this talon from a friend (which sat outside for six months), I changed the plugs and saw carbon buildup on the otherwise good plugs. I got an injection cleaning done at a shop and suddenly the car wouldn't start. The mechanic got it running and said the throttle position sensor needed to be cleaned or replaced. I broke it on accident so I just got a new one. Now my car is sitting in the driveway and won't start for more than a few minutes if at all. When it does run, it sputters and will stall if i even slightly touch the accelerator. I bought it as project for this summer, but I need to keep it running until then and have limited funds at this point for a mechanic. What might be wrong?

Try this replace cam sensor..unfortunially it is behind the cam gear. i know there are other people that say it is not located there. it is..also is the tps in the correct setting? how about is there spark at the plugs? if not CAM SENSOR is the first step if sensor is tested with scanner and it has faults
It sounds like you should try resetting your ECU and letting it idle for a few minutes
