If the line is bad, pull bad one and go to local parts store and get needed length. Actually, whenever I've had to go that deep, I replace all vacuum lines as they tend to get brittle and crack with age. Replacing all avoids failure down the line. And bulk vacuum line doesn't cost that much. You might consider replacing that T as well.
