975 Found two older radar detectors laying around the house both of them seem to be working. Just wondering if they were too out dated to be used effectively. Both are whistlers 975 and 1730. Also was wondering which was the newer one

Both are ok and both perform about the same. The 1730 is the newer of the two. Newer units will pick up further however.
