98 Nissan Altima 2.4 overheating changed thermostat and radiator and hoses and water pump and heater hose and the car still says it's overheating I do not have water in the oil all ready checked

Check the cooling fans, you may need to by a non contact thermo temp gun to verify that the car is really over heating. the are available to harbor freight.
