99 Saturn ran low on oil, now will not crank or start. Is there an oil pressure reset switch? Battery is good, fuses good. Oil dipstick had a little oil on it on return from a long driving trip. Next day would not even try to turn over; no clicking, nothing. Lights, etc work. Filled oil. Now what?

Hope you did not lock up your engine from lack of oil.
first check your starter, even your engine locked up you still should hear your starter click when you start.
try to turn the crank pulley ( use a socket fit the crank pulley bolt ) to see if it turn. it does not turn that mean you will need another engine.
