I have a 99 TJ with the 2.5L and auto trans. I just completed changing the transmission fluid and filter. During my test drive, the transmission would not shift from2nd to 3rd unless I let off the gas. It seems the have and issue with shifting up or down after 2 nd gear. Fluids were checked multiple times and the levels are fine. Any ideas?
