you your self cannot fix it without any technical knowledge.its very risky to do that.

the cost would be very minor.

if you get the --ic-- and do it your self and if that gets blowm off.yyou will have to get new again, but if the technician does it you will get the warranty of nearly sixmonths ,/.thats the plus point.and also advisable.thanks.
