I would be surprised to discover any pressure washer that required brushes - mostly they use an induction motor that doesn't require brushes.
Perhaps it is a different type of Karcher product needing the brushes?
Unless Karcher has decided the product is obsolete you should be able to buy them, perhaps directly from Karcher or order them from any Karcher dealer or agent.
Failing this there are a number of internet sites dedicated to the supply of spare parts and accessories for all manner of domestic, trade and industrial appliances. There are also companies that will match carbon brushes from supplied dimensions or a pattern and will make carbon brushes to order if they can't be matched, often at a very good price.
Solent Tools here in the UK is the company I use and I expect there are similar companies in every country.
