A Nutone CV-450 System with inlet nozzle switch issues
I own a Nutone CV-450 that is 8 years old. With some of the wall hose inlet sites, the suction will not start unless I twist the inlet nozzle in one direction or the other or pull the inlet nozzle out a bit. This varies from inlet to inlet. I have checked wiring connections to the receptacle and they seem to be in good order. Any thoughts?

You are suffering a connection problem of the hose end fitting to the wall outlet. Either the hose is not aligned with the two pins in the wall outlet, or the pins in the outlet are dirty and not making good connection to the hose end fittting.
