A restaurant I work for breaks the operating units on two rice cookers regularly. In there other restaurant, they never break. Besides the obvious rough handling of certain employees, any other ideas why this might be happening?

I have seen the o rings where the operating units push the valves leak melting the buttons on the operating unit look for that maybe
