A tired machine
I have a washer that seems to wash about 3-4 loads alright and than does not want to wash anymore for a while. The next time you go to wash it will do the same, i have pulled it out and looked under it and everything looks alright. Is there something that will get hot and shut the machine down. This machine is about 8 years old or so. Thank You

It can be a couple of possible reasons:!.Water inlet hoses have a screen typically located at the washer end of the hose which can easily become clogged. Turn the water off, remove the hose and check to see if there is a build up on the screen. Rinse it or replace it, if necessary. 2. It may also be the Water Level Pressure Switch. For this you will need to remove the small 1/4" Hose to the Diaphram; Push a wire coat hanger (straightened) and dislodge any soap build up that may have occurred. There may be more than one pressure switch so it is advisable to do both at the same time. Re- attach your hose and GOOD LUCK! Hope this helps!
