I also had a model dryer like yours, and I understand perfectly what you are talking about. I also needed to attach a power cord to my dryer, and I was faced with the same question. I tried all the screws in the house, and until the end, none of them matched the sizes I needed, lol. I found out that the size of the screw should be 4mm, and in the end, I ordered some tek screws from hhttps://www.scrooz.com.au/screws/tek-screws-metal-drilling/ that produces some of the best fasteners, and I fixed my problem. So, you need to order 4mm screws. Good luck!
