This would be general information on any refrigerator... You say it is not comeing back on, have you rotated the temperature setting dial to the coldest setting? Do this and you should hear a fan and the compressor. If you hear these running but it "seems" not to be getting cold fast this is normal. It takes a while to cool a large area with no food in it,
