My chipset cooler makes a horrible noise. Can you recommend a static cooling (a low cost), or a low noise fan as a replacement?

Try cleaning with compressed air.But i believe the bearings in rthe fan are bad..replace new.RichardM69
Ant compatible fan assembly will workTry comp usa or tiger direct or new egg.
