You will be working on the power supply board, also your inverters are in the power supply board as well. Replace capacitor, even if they look good ( Location and Values as said) EC 18 and EC17 which are 450volt @ 15mf at 85 degrees. You may use a 105 degree cap of same value. Your TV will come back to life. Thanks for asking, Matt of Martins TV Repair.
Unfortunately, some of the "Experts" here really aren't. Everyone that answers a couple questions is listed as an "Expert" and it doesn't matter if their answers are worthless!
"The Knight" has over 64,000 questions answered, so I question his or her credibility. "The Knight" didn't even bother to warn you that a TV has hazardous voltages even when unplugged. It's usually limited to the power board, but still you should have been warned.
Your problem could have been the T Con board, but it also could be your display or another control board if yours has another. There's also a smaller chance that part of the power supply has gone bad.
Unfortunately, you'll have to get a TV repair shop to check it.
