I just bought an ABR100T bass remote for my audiobahn A8002T amp, but when i plug it into the remote input, it doesn't light up. Also, if i put it all the way to min, my amp goes into protection, and if i turn it up one notch, the protection light fades, but doesnt go away. It does this for about the next three notches. By the time i got to about the 5th notch, it comes out of protection, but it doesnt change bass output, it just goes straight to the max. Is there something wrong with my remote or do i need to change something on my amp?
