AC
AC suddenly stoped working .The first fuse I checked was in the AC clutch circuit . IT was bad . I replaced it and it imediately blew... I'M ASSUMING THE CLUTCH IS bad . I noticed a burnt looking material around the compressor pulley . The pulley still spins. Am i right ? if so can I replace the clutch without discharging the system?

Yes the magnetic clutch is bad, replace the clutch feild coil/closing coil, this can most times be done on car.
