Access code i have a quasar tv and i just got directv and some of the movie channels don't work the tv will say program rating exceeded access code required i dont know it the tv is pretty old and directv says the tv is locked and it has nothing to do with them please help

Sounds as though there is some type of channel parental lock turned on. Go the the MENU on the tv and adjust the parental control to off or lowest level. If it asks for a password, most of the defaults passwords are 0000, if it has a password needed at all.
