i accidently restored my old backup to my 7610 as a result i lost all my current sms and contacts as well as notes..... is there any way to get them back

Sms are not comed again but the number are coming but only sim number are coming,
1. go to contact
2. select option
3.select simdirectory
4.marked all contacts
5.copy to your phone
