Hi I need help with my mini acer laptop. I have my computer loocked. So when I turned it on I was able to unlock it with my password. After I was done with everything I shut the laptop off. Then I forgot to do something and turned it back on. This time when I tried to enter my password, it didn't recognize it. I tried to turn in off and it didn't let me. Right now the only thing I see is a green screen where it says ACER and at the buttom says windows 7. It doesn't give the option to press anything else. So I can't log into anything and I can't either turn it off.
What should I do?
