Add the water, turn it on, it beeps, but no coffee?
I have used the coffee pot once since I recieved it as a gift for x-mas. Now I put the water in and the grinds but it beeps at me and doesn't even heat the hot plate nor put the water through the filter.

Please check if you have got catlog with you.If you dont have that then i will suggest yout o go to near by Mall and find the same model and know the instruction first,this will help you most.
