Added new limit switch, new gas control valve & added new PG9 generator. Limit switch to valve was hooked to old valve directly to limit switch, not to torminal. Therefore short one wire going to thermostat. Will not light

For the pilot valve circuit: One wire of PG9 should be connected to the Common terminalof the Gas Control Valve. Pilot terminal of Gas Control Valve should be connected to the Normally Close terminal of the Hi Limit Switch. The other terminal of the PG9 should be connected to the Common terminal of the Hi Limit Switch.
For the main valve circuit: Connect the Common terminal of the Gas Control Valve to one terminal of the Thermostat and connect the other terminal of the Thermostat to the Main Valve terminal of the Gas Control Valve.
Try also to check the pilot orifice inside the pilot assembly, orifice may be clogged. Be careful not to enlarge the bore of pilot orifice in cleaning.Try also to check the pilot orifice inside the pilot assembly, orifice may be clogged.
