It mentioned "code" when we first tryed it out, wasn't sure what that ment, kept hitting buttons until it looked like it was working - showed it was playing a track on the CD, showed it had a station on the FM - But absolutely no volume, even after trying the buttons on steering wheel also. Then the insurance company mentioned we may need a "code" ... Great Car, not as fun without this beautiful stereo not working"
