I have seen this a couple of times. Usually when you get this on dry, the fault is caused by a failure of the inlet valve for the condenser. Disconnect the power source , then remove the top. You will find a square cover at the rear of the water dispenser. Remove this cover, Reconnect the power and set the machine to dry then re-start. Water should come out of the tube that the cover concealled. If you do not have water coming out...likely your valve is faulty. You will then need to replace the triple valve assembly. Then you should get water. Re-check and if you are indeed getting water, replace the cover and restart, your fan should start and the problem should be corrected. Good Luck!
