After a power surge my tv had a picture but no sound when the lights came back on
It was storming and the lights went out. A few minutes later, the lights came back on. When I turned the tv back on, the picture shows but there is no sound. I tried restoring factory default settings but that did not work. I made sure both the cable and tv remotes Mute buttons were not stuck. The next day, the sound popped in for about 15 minutes, but went back out. PLEASE HELP!!!!
