After about 10 months my CW 80 quit. There is no product number on the throttle. The product number on the 80W Powerhouse, Power Supple is MODEL 6-01-4003-000. I read, on here, that there is a blown fuse. Where is it? The throttle is held together with phillips screws. The 18VAC power, supply is held together with tamper proof screws

Looking at auction pictures, I'm going to say that odds are the fuse is located in the main unit. You can pick up those tamper proof screwdrivers at Harbor Freight pretty cheap. Please make sure that you've properly discharged the unit before attempting any repairs.
